1 Within 2 hours you will be receiving an e-mail confirming your flight and trip details :
(This e-mail cannot be used as an electonic ticket).
   
2 You will receive another e-mail with your e-ticket reference (subject to airline approval) :
You will be e-mailed an e-ticket reference instead of receiving a paper ticket by post
   
3 At check-in you must present your E-ticket reference together with the ID or passeport which served for your booking, upon which the airline will issue your boarding pass
   
  Effective June 1, 2008, IATA (International Air Transport Association) applies new ticketing regulations. As of this date, travel agents and airlines are under obligation to issue electronic tickets exclusively. In spite of the availability displayed on its site, the Operator waives any claim related to its inability to issue an electronic ticket due to technical constraints of specific airlines, as well as in certain situations (infants less than 2 years old, code-shares, groups…). In the event of such a case, the Operator pledges to provide the Purchaser with an alternative within 48 hours following the original order. Any additional charges resulting from this alternative are the responsibility of the Purchaser. If no alternative is offered and if the Purchaser refuses to pay the surcharge, the booking will be cancelled and fully reimbursed.
   
Responsabilities : Within the framework of purchase of plane tickets, the Organizer acts as the sole intermediary between the conveyor and the Purchaser. On certain flights and at certain dates, or to let passengers benefit from cheaper fares, the conveyor may impose specific terms and regulations to the Organizer, such as: fixing a deadline to issue the tickets, or setting conditions of age or place of residence, or type of travel (as for a family travel party). In the event that those rules needed be applied to the Purchaser, the Organizer could decide to cancel the reservation without any charge. The mail of confirmation is not the final confirmation of booking, it only indicates that the reservation has been duly recorded. The Organizer can only issue tickets and apply the quoted fares on the basis of the information provided by the Purchaser.

Administration fees for booking, ticketing and delivery are charged extra. An itemized invoice will be shown prior to your validation process. Depending on the airlines, specific sales and ticketing conditions may be applied.
