Effective June 1, 2008, IATA (International Air Transport Association) applies new ticketing regulations. As of this date, travel agents and airlines are under obligation to issue electronic tickets exclusively. In spite of the availability displayed on its site, the Operator waives any claim related to its inability to issue an electronic ticket due to technical constraints of specific airlines, as well as in certain situations (infants less than 2 years old, code-shares, groups…). In the event of such a case, the Operator pledges to provide the Purchaser with an alternative within 48 hours following the original order. Any additional charges resulting from this alternative are the responsibility of the Purchaser. If no alternative is offered and if the Purchaser refuses to pay the surcharge, the booking will be cancelled and fully reimbursed. |
