Who can enter: The drawing is open worldwide, above the age of majority in their state of residence. The drawing is void where prohibited. Employees or agents of Nathan Travel or Asteria Travel or any of its affiliate organizations, including without limitation, advertising and promotional agencies, including any such employees’ or agents’ immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter.
How to enter: Any qualified person can enter the drawing which will be conducted between1st of December 2011 and 31st of December 2012. All qualified entries will be treated equally. All information provided to Nathan Travel in connection with this drawing shall be treated by Nathan Travel in accordance with Nathan Travel's privacy policy, located at www.nathantravel.com/terms_conditions.htm, and shall be the sole and exclusive property of Nathan Travel.

Entry Limits: Entrance is limited to one entry per email address. All Entrants must provide accurate e-mail address to be eligible to win the drawing. By entering the drawing all Entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations, as posted, and all eligibility requirements. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Neither Nathan Travel nor any of its affiliates are responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect entry of information. This includes, but is not limited to, human error, lost data transmission or any other technical errors including line failures of any telephone, computer or networking equipment or any software. Any entries found to be tampered with or altered in any way will be void. Nathan Travel reserves the right to cancel and re-schedule the drawing at any time if the technical transmissions become corrupted or interrupted or if the minimum number of players is not reached.
Selection of Winner: Drawing entries will be accepted from the 1st of December 2011, through the 30th of November 2012. The drawing winner will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Dec 31, 2012. The Winner will be notified via the submitted email address and will have 5 days from the date they are notified to redeem the prize. Failure to respond within 5 days of notification will result in the disqualification of the Winner and the selection of an alternate Winner. Should the alternate Winner fail to respond or choose not to accept the prize, the prize will be returned to inventory and the drawing will be discontinued. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries for the drawing received.
The Prize: The prize will be 2 round-trip flight tickets (economy class), from and departure destination to any cities in India, Pakistan, Japan, China, Sri Lanka, USA, Ghana and Nigeria. Black-out dates apply. Tickets must be reserved at least 30 days prior to departure and are subject to availability in limited classes of service. The Winner may select one person to use the 2nd ticket. Travel must commence before December 31, 2013. Each Winner's right to their prize is nontransferable and nonsaleable. Once issued, tickets are non-changeable and have no cash value. Frequent flier miles may not be accrued. Denied-boarding compensation will not be permitted in conjunction with these tickets. Each winner is solely responsible for all costs not included in the basic package including, but not limited to, airport and security taxes including the related to the prize they have won.
General rules: By participating in the drawing, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Nathan Travel, and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Each Winner agrees, as a precondition for the receipt of any prize, to execute all releases and other documentation reasonably requested by Nathan Travel.
Each Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting the prize, each Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required in a timely fashion, the prize may be given to an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual that submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.
If, for any reason, the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Nathan Travel which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the drawing, Nathan Travel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing. This drawing, and all promotions relating thereto, are subject to local laws and regulations. |
